About the Scholarship<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Every Spring, the Phi Gamma Zeta Scholarship<\/span><\/strong> is awarded to a ‘university bound” female residing in Hopewell, Virginia who has demonstrated a record of success in academics, extracurricular activities, community service and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you know of a female resident of Hopewell, VA (must meet eligibility requirements) who may be interested in the Phi Gamma Zeta scholarship for the upcoming year, please send an email to: <\/strong>zphib.pgz@gmail.com<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements and Application Process<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Phi Gamma Zeta Scholarship ($1,500) <\/span>will be awarded to an applicant that meets the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Female residing in Hopewell, Virginia.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Possess a minimum GPA of 2.75 or at least 580 on the GED exam.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Demonstrates a minimum of 20 hours leadership through extra-curricular activities and community service.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Be accepted to a college or university in the summer or fall of 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
