Gift Card Raffle Contest Rules
- No PGZ family member (parent, grandparent, sibling, child, uncle, aunt, cousin, niece, nephew, etc.) is eligible to participate in the contest.
- Tickets will be sold to US residents only who are 18 years of age or older.
- Cost of each raffle ticket is $10. Purchases can be made via cash, check, Paypal (https://paypal.me/zphibpgz) and CashApp ($PhiGammaZeta).
- Tickets must be paid in full at the time of the purchase.
- Contact any chapter member or send an email to zphib.pgz@gmail.com to purchase a ticket(s).
- The individual whose name appears on the ticket is the entrant and owner of the ticket.
- There is no limit to the number of times a person may enter the raffle. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Ticket selling period is 12:01 am on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 and ends at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 EST.
- The winner will be chosen via a random drawing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
- The winner will be notified via telephone beginning Thursday, December 23, 2021. PGZ is neither responsible nor has any liability for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.
- Any prize not claimed or if the winner cannot be located within 30 days of the drawing, PGZ will conduct another drawing using the original pool of ticket stubs.
- Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s consent for use of his/her name and/or photograph on PGZ’s website and social media platforms.
